Aavas Financiers Limited reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2022. For the fourth quarter, the company reported revenue was INR 3,653.05 million compared to INR 2,913.29 million a year ago. Net income was INR 1,154.68 million compared to INR 874.48 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 14.63 compared to INR 11.15 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 14.57 compared to INR 11.06 a year ago.
For the full year, revenue was INR 13,056.48 million compared to INR 11,055.2 million a year ago. Net income was INR 3,551.81 million compared to INR 2,889.19 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 45.1 compared to INR 36.86 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 44.81 compared to INR 36.54 a year ago.
Aavas Financiers Limited is an India-based housing finance company. The Company is engaged in providing the home loans to the customers belonging to low- and middle-income segment in semi urban and rural areas. The Companyâs offerings include home loan, plot and home construction loan, home improvement loan, home loan balance transfer, loan against property, micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) loan, emergency credit line guarantee scheme, and small ticket size (STS) loan. It offers customers home loans for the purchase or construction of residential properties, and for the extension and repair of existing housing units.
