Accell Group sells SBS parts & accessoires in USA Heerenveen (the Netherlands), 1 April 2016 - Accell Group N.V. ("Accell Group") today announces that it sells the USA parts & accessoires activities of Seattle Bike Supply (SBS P&A) to Hawley-Lambert, a P&A company based in the USA and Canada. With this transaction Accell Group wants to increase focus on its core business in the United States, with own brands of bicycles and related merchandising products. Accell Group has also agreed with Hawley-Lambert that they will receive exclusive distribution rights for the USA and Canada for Accell's proprietary accessories brand XLC.

Financial

The turnover of the Accell Group P&A activity in the USA will decrease by approx. € 15 million compared to 2015. The transaction will have a positive impact on EBIT and working capital.
