Advanced Digital Broadcast Holdings S.A. shares to be delisted from the SIX Swiss Exchange on 17 March 2015

On 5 November 2014, Advanced Digital Broadcast Holdings S.A. (ADB Holdings S.A. - SIX: ADBN) and its largest shareholder, 4T S.A., published a combined offer to acquire all publicly held shares of the company.

It consisted of a public tender offer for all shares of the company presented by 4T S.A., and a repurchase offer for a maximum of 10% of all company shares outstanding presented by ADB Holdings S.A. The combined offer and the subsequent purchases resulted in a combined ownership of both parties exceeding 98% of the total share capital of ADB Holdings S.A. Consequently, the company filed a request for delisting of its shares from the public trading.

The delisting application has been approved by the SIX Swiss Exchange and the last trading day for the company shares is 16 March 2015. After this date, the shares of ADB Holdings S.A. (ISIN CH0021194664) will not be publicly traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
