(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") informs the market that on 25.03.2022, the Sole Director of the Company decided to convene the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) and the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (OGMS) of the Company for 29.04.2022 (first calling), respectively for 30.04.2022 (second calling) should the attendance quorum for the first meeting not be met, having the agenda stipulated in the convening notice.
