Please find enclosed an Appendix 3Y for Mr Andrew Purcell, which includes disclosure of ordinary shares purchased since the last Appendix 3Y was lodged on 5 March 2015. The Company has not lodged an Appendix 3Y advising the ASX of the 5,000 shares Mr Andrew Purcell purchased on 21 March 2016 within 5 days of the trade taking place as required under listing rule 3.19A.

The Company's Securities Trading Policy ("the Policy"), available on its website, requires all Directors and certain Senior Management to inform the Company Secretary, and to obtain prior written approval for any proposed dealing in the Company's securities (with some exceptions, for example dealings under rights issue). The policy includes a link to an Approval Request Form that is to be used for seeking such approval and notifying the Company Secretary.

Mr Purcell did not submit the required Approval Request Form, as the link on our website failed in this instance. Mr Purcell instead obtained verbal approval from the Chairman prior to trading, with the intention of later formalising this approval by filling out the required Approval Request Form. However, the form was not filled out and the Company Secretary was not advised of the trade.

The Company is repairing the link to the Approval Request Form. The Directors have been reminder of their obligation to obtain written approval and notify the Company Secretary of any trades in the Company's securities. The Company's current arrangements are considered adequate.
