Deposito delle liste per il rinnovo del Collegio Sindacale

Milano, 4 aprile 2022 - Alkemy S.p.A. ("Alkemy" o la "Società ") rende noto che, in vista dell'Assemblea Ordinaria degli Azionisti convocata per il prossimo 26 aprile 2022, in unica convocazione, è stata depositata nei termini di legge (1° aprile 2022) una sola lista per il rinnovo del Collegio Sindacale, dagli azionisti Duccio Vitali, Riccardo Cesare Lorenzini, Jakala Holding S.p.A. e Lappentrop s.r.l., congiuntamente tra loro, i quali detengono complessivamente una partecipazione pari al 20,25% del capitale sociale e al 33,37% dei diritti di voto della Società.

Si informa pertanto che, si informa pertanto potranno essere presentate ulteriori liste per la nomina del Collegio Sindacale ai sensi dell'art. 144-sexies, comma 5, del Regolamento Emittenti entro i termini di legge, fermo restando quanto previsto dall'articolo 147-ter, comma 1-bis, ultimo periodo, del d.lgs. n. 58/1998.

Le suddette liste saranno messe a disposizione del pubblico nei termini e secondo le modalità previste dalla vigente normativa presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzowww.alkemy.comnella sezione Corporate Governance/Assemblea Azionisti/2022 e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket STORAGE" all'indirizzowww.emarketstorage.com.

Filing of slates for the appointment of the Board of the Statutory Auditors

Milan, April 4 2022 - Alkemy S.p.A. ("Alkemy" or the "Company") announces that that, in view of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting called for next April 26, 2022, in single call, it was filed within the terms of the law (April 1, 2022) a single list for the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors by the shareholders Duccio Vitali, Riccardo Cesare Lorenzini, Jakala Holding SpA and Lappentrop s.r.l., jointly with each other, which hold a total stake equal to 20.25% of the share capital and 33.37% of the voting rights of the Company.

Therefore, we inform you that further lists may be presented for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors pursuant to art. 144-sexies, paragraph 5, of the Issuers' Regulation within the terms of the law, without prejudice to the provisions of article 147-ter, paragraph 1-bis, last sentence, of the legislative decree n. 58/1998.

The aforementioned lists will be made available to the public within the terms and according to the procedures established by current legislation at the registered office, on the Company's website atwww.alkemy.comin the Corporate Governance / Shareholders' Meeting / 2022 section and on the authorized storage "eMarket STORAGE" atwww.emarketstorage.com.
