Allianz Ayudhya Capital Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend for the Year 2019, Payable on May 12, 2020; Proposes Amendment to Clause 3 Objective of the Objectives in Memorandum of Association; Sorasit Soontornkes Announces Not to Stand for Reelection to the Board of the Company

Allianz Ayudhya Capital Public Company Limited proposed dividend of THB 0.75 per share totaling of THB 288,723,720.75 for the year 2019. The record date for specifying list of shareholders confirming shareholders who are entitled to receive this dividend will be March 10, 2020 and dividend will be paid on May 12, 2020.

The boar of directors proposed the amendment to Clause 3 Objective of the company's Objectives in Memorandum of Association.

The company announced Sorasit Soontornkes does not wish to serve as the company's director.
