(KOSDAQ:A117670) agreed to acquire an additional stake of 12.49% in VG Life Sciences Inc from TJU Asset Management, LLC and Penn Life Science, LLC for KRW 4.7 billion on October 12, 2016. Under the terms, Alpha Holdings will acquire 3.35 million shares in VG Life Sciences by issue 0.4 million shares. TJU Asset Management, LLC and Penn Life Science, LLC holds 1.68 million shares each in VG Life Sciences Inc. Post acquisition, Alpha Holdings will increase the shareholding from 14.92% to 27.41%.
