As previously disclosed, on February 24, 2023, Alpine Acquisition Corp. (the "Company") adjourned its special meeting in lieu of an annual meeting of stockholders (the "Special Meeting") scheduled for February 24, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., to February 28, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., at which time it adjourned the Special Meeting to March 16, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. The Special Meeting is being held to consider the Company's proposed business combination with Two Bit Circus Inc. On March 16, 2023, the Company adjourned the Special Meeting until March 28, 2023 at 12:00 PM to give the Company additional time to engage with its stockholders and finalize terms in connection with the proposed business combination.
