Amper Group announces today, 22 July 2020, that it has acquired 100% of the shares in the company Sacyr Nervión.
Amper, through its 100% investee Nervión Industries, already owned 50% of the company Sacyr Nervión, but didn´t consolidate in its income statement any sales from it because it was done entirely by the previous partner.
Sacyr Nervión, which changed its name to Nervión Energy, closed the 2019 financial year with sales of 46.3 million euros and, at 30 June 2020, had a portfolio pending execution of 91.1 million euros plus tax.
