The collaboration is part of the sports team's Del Cole al Betis 'Forever Green' sustainability initiative to raise awareness and mobilize people in the fight against climate change.

'We are very excited to be able to join forces with such a prestigious entity whose values are closely aligned with our own and we look forward to seeing the positive change we can generate together by empowering thousands of Andalusian students.'

The alliance will promote healthy habits to students through activities led by professionals specializing in nutrition and education, and supervised by Forever Green staff, including:

Colorful mascots Palmerin and Brock Koli will visit students to create excitement and engagement;

Healthy breakfasts and general nutrition will be promoted;

Tree planting activities; and

Educational talks will be given on topics such as recycling, energy and water savings, and sustainable transportation options.

'For us it is essential to have suppliers like Aramark, which has a great commitment to the environment,' said Rafael Muela, manager of the Real Betis Balompie Foundation. 'We are delighted with this new alliance that will promote the values of Forever Green and sustainable nutrition among schoolchildren in our city.'

Forever Green has been working for more than two years in the fight against climate change, an effort that has made the club one of the most environmentally committed soccer clubs in the world and the most sustainable team in LaLiga according to a study conducted by Holaluz. In addition, Brand Finance recently ranked Real Betis as the second most sustainable European club for, among other initiatives, its Forever Green program.
