Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16th April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation), and Article 61004/2 of Euronext Rule Book I, on ongoing obligations of companies listed on Euronext, AROCA DEL PINAR SOCIMI, S.A. ("the Company") hereby notifies the following:

PRESS RELEASE

HEREF V SUB HOLDING S.à.R.L., duly represented, and in its condition as sole shareholder of AROCA DEL PINAR SOCIMI, S.A. resolves to make an equity contribution via account 118 to AROCA DEL PINAR SOCIMI, S.A. on September 12th 2023 for the amount of €300,566.17. Subsequently, AROCA DEL PINAR SOCIMI, S.A. has made an equity contribution via account 118 to Castellana Norte Investments, S.L for the amount of €300,566.17.
