Ad hoc announcement: Ascom expects for fiscal year 2023 a mid-single digit revenue growth at constant currencies with double digit EBITDA margin

Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR
Given the softening economical macro environment during the second half-year 2023 the market had exhibited project delays and slower than expected backlog conversion. As a result, Ascom is now expecting mid-single digit revenue growth at constant currencies for the fiscal year 2023.
December historically being a strong revenue month, Ascom expects to achieve a double-digit EBITDA margin in 2023 as a result of the improved business model and better cost management.
Ascom will announce further details on preliminary results for fiscal year 2023 in January 2024. The full details of the financial statements and the 2023 Annual Report will be published on March 5, 2024.
