PROPOSED SUBSCRIPTION FOR 30,864,197 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN THE CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY

- RECEIPT OF LISTING AND QUOTATION NOTICE FROM THE SGX-ST

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meanings ascribed to them in the Company's announcement dated 13 December 2021.

The board of directors ("Board" or the "Directors") of Asian Healthcare Specialists Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that the Company has on 14 December 2021 received the listing and quotation notice ("Listing and Quotation Notice") from the SGX-ST for the listing and quotation of 30,864,197 Subscription Shares at an issue price of S$0.162 per Subscription Share pursuant to the Subscription Agreement.

The listing and quotation of the Subscription Shares is subject to compliance with the SGX-ST's listing requirements.

Shareholders should note that the Listing and Quotation Notice is not to be taken as an indication of the merits of the Proposed Subscription, the Subscription Shares, the Company, its subsidiaries and their securities.

The Subscription Shares are required to be issued within seven market days from the date of the Listing and Quotation Notice.

A separate announcement will be issued by the Company upon the allotment and issue of the Subscription Shares.
