ASTALDI: NOTICE OF CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL PURSUANT TO ART. 85-BIS OF THE ISSUERS' REGULATION AND ART. 2.6.2, SUBSECTION 1, LETT. A) OF BORSA ITALIANA'S MARKET RULES

Rome, 21 October 2020 - Astaldi S.p.A., following the resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extraordinary Meeting held on 31 July 2020 and the content of the Press Release issued on the same date, communicates, also pursuant to art. 85 bis of the Issuers' Regulation and art. 2.6.2, subsection 1, lett. a) of Borsa Italiana's Market Rules, the new structure of the share capital, fully subscribed and paid-in, starting from 23 September 2020, equal to EUR 22,510,345.00, for a total number of shares equal to 97,871,066 with no nominal value.
