Rome, 19 November 2020 - Astaldi S.p.A. ("Astaldi" or the "Company") informs that on today's date the Company's Bylaws, highlighting the amendments made to article 6, was made available to the public at the Company's Head Office, as well as on the authorised storage system 1Info at the address www.1info.it, and was registered with the Rome Companies Register on 17 November 2020.
