The Company is focused on finding and developing critical metals required for electrification and the global energy transition (lithium and copper). The Company’s portfolio is located in the resource jurisdictions of Western Australia, Northern Territory and Nevada, United States. The Company has three projects: Nevada Lithium, Governor Broome and Georgina Basin IOCG. The Nevada Lithium project is located in the heart of North America’s lithium hot-spot of Nevada. The project comprised of 509 unpatented claims covering 42 square kilometers (km2). The Governor Broome project is the Company’s 100% owned Heavy Mineral Sands (HMS) project located in the mineral sand-rich coastal plains of Western Australia. The Georgina Basin IOCG project comprises 10 granted exploration licenses, and three under application, for a combined total of 4,522 km2.
