DIVIDEND DECLARATION
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Automatic Systems Ltd ('the Company') has declared a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per share in respect of its financial year ending 31 December 2023 payable to the shareholders of the Company at the close of business of 11 March 2024.
The dividend will be paid on or about the 29 March 2024.
The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend up to the market day of 05 March 2024 and ex-dividend as from the 06 March 2024.
