Autosports Group Limited (ASX:ASG) entered into a non-binding Heads of Agreement to acquire Suttons Subaru Rosebery and Suttons City Kia Dealerships in New South Wales from Suttons Motors Pty Ltd on January 28, 2022. The transaction is conditional on entering into binding agreements for the sale and purchase of the businesses and usual manufacturer approvals.
