Avex Group Holdings Inc. announced management changes. Shinji Hayashi has been promoted as Director, Corporate Executive COO in charge of Artist Development, Chairman of Compliance Committee, Member of Compensation Committee and in charge of compliance and risk management (President of Avex Music Creative Inc., Director of Avex Digital Inc. and Director of Avex Broadcasting & Communications Inc.) from Representative Director, CMO in charge of Artist Development and compliance (President of Avex Music Creative Inc., Director of Avex Digital Inc., Director of Avex Broadcasting & Communications Inc., Director of UULA Inc., Director of Avex Management Inc., Director of Avex Vanguard Inc. and Director of Avex Spots Inc.). Masato Matsuura has been promoted as Representative Director, CEO in charge of Office of the CEO and in charge of Global Artist Development (Director of Avex Broadcasting & Communications Inc., Chairman of the Board of Avex Management Inc. and Chairman of the Board of AWA Co. Ltd.) from Representative Director, CEO in charge of Office of the CEO (President of Avex Digital Inc., Chairman of the Board of Avex Broadcasting & Communications Inc., Chairman of the Board of UULA Inc., Chairman of the Board of Avex Management Inc., and Chairman of the Board of AWA Co. Ltd.). Richard Blackstone has been promoted as Director, Corporate Executive (President of Avex International Inc. and Vice President of Avex International Holding Corporation) from Corporate Executive. These changes are effective June 24, 2016.
