RECEIPT OF LETTER OF CLAIM

The Board of Directors (the "Directors" or the "Board") of ayondo Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to inform the Shareholders that the Company has received a letter of claim dated 25 November 2021 from Virtus Assure Pte. Ltd. ("Virtus Assure"), for payment of an alleged outstanding sum of S$25,096 in respect of professional services rendered by Virtus Assure in connection with the Company's proposed reverse takeover.

The Company is evaluating the claim and will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments on the matter.
