UPDATE TO THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR 2022

Genoa, 23 June 2022 - Banca CARIGE S.p.A. informs that, at its meeting today, the Board of Directors

updated the financial calendar for 2022, which was announced with a press release on 31 January 2022,

to make it compatible with the financial calendar of the Parent Company.

The amended financial calendar for the year 2022 is as follows:

Tuesday, 2 August	Board of Directors' Meeting for approval of the Half-Year
	Report as at 30 June 2022
Friday, 4 November	Board of Directors' Meeting for approval of additional
	periodic financial disclosure as at 30 September 2022
