Business Summary

Craftport Cannabis Corp. is a Canada-based cannabis licensed producer operating out of Peachland, British Columbia. The Company is focused on the Canadian premium craft cannabis recreational market, utilizing an outsourced cultivation model. All of the Company’s cannabis licenses are held by its wholly owned subsidiary, Potanicals Green Growers Inc. The Peachland site is located at 4715 Paradise Valley Drive, Peachland, BC. It includes approximately 12,700 square foot production and processing facility situated on 20 acres of land. It operates an asset-light model whereby the Company purchases premium craft cannabis from other licensed cannabis producers that is being processed and packaged in Peachland and sold under the brand name Craftport Cannabis. The Company’s subsidiaries include 1139000 B.C. Ltd., 1161750 B.C. Ltd., and Canada Bond Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
