Reference is made to the fact that BJC Specialties Company Limited (the "Tender Offeror"), a subsidiary of Berli Jucker Public Company Limited, has submitted the Tender Offer for the Securities of White Group Public Company Limited ("WG") (Form 247- 4) for the delisting of the securities of WG from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (the "SET"), dated 27 May 2020, to the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the SET, and WG and its shareholders, the details of which are set out in the Reference.

The Tender Offeror has disclosed additional information in the Tender Offer for the Securities of WG No. 1, the details of which are set out in the Enclosure.
