Beta Systems expands Market Position in Enterprise Automation with Acquisition of Infinite Data

The transaction paves the way for a comprehensive automation platform and strengthens cross-technology and cross-process solution expertise.

Berlin, 4 October 2023: Beta Systems Software AG has acquired InfiniteDATA to strategically expand its offering for the Workload Automation (WLA) and Service Orchestration and Automation Platform (SOAP) market.

The merger brings one of the most analyst-rated WLA platforms on the market - AutomateNOW! - with the complementary solution and consulting offerings of Beta Systems, an established company with global reach.

"The acquisition of AutomateNOW! is an important milestone in our mission to equip operational teams in the data centre to efficiently deal with increasingly hybrid IT landscapes, growing data volumes, the growing demand for self-servicing or even ESG requirements," said Rigas Paschaloudis, COO of Beta Systems. "The market urgently needs a global player that offers customers, partners and employees sustainable, reliable and robust WLA solutions. This transaction is a gamechanger for existing and future customers."

AutomateNOW! was named the technology leader in workload automation in Enterprise Management Associates' Radar report - and is currently the industry leader.

Miroslaw Andziak, CEO and founder of InfiniteDATA, added: "AutomateNOW! ignites the next stage for global expansion with this transaction. Our team is dedicated to providing uncompromised automation to enterprise customers worldwide. Joining forces with BETA makes us many times stronger and accelerates our ability to scale."

Beta Systems has already aligned a go-to-market strategy for the scale-up phase ahead of the transaction.

Beta Systems' CTO Mirko Minnich comments, "Enterprise automation is a top priority for Beta Systems' strategy and our mission to serve our customers with the level of automation expertise, stability and support they deserve. Beta Systems' 40 years of market experience on a global scale, combined with its leading WLA platform, AutomateNOW!, positions Beta Systems as a leading player in Enterprise Automation.
