DAYLI BlockChain Co.,LTD. (KOSDAQ:A139050) agreed to acquire an unknown stake in Carelabs Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A263700) from Yello O2O Group Inc. for approximately KRW 470 million on June 13, 2019. Transaction is expected to close on June 21, 2019.
