Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Investment Committee - Strategic Business of the Company ("Commiee") at its meeting held today i.e. April 20, 2022 approved the allotment of 2,000 (Two Thousand) rated, listed, unsecured, redeemable, non-conveible debentures (the "NCDs") bearing a face value of INR 1,000,000 (Rupees One Million only) each, aggregating to INR 2,000,000,000 (Rupees Two Thousand Million Only) to the investors identified by the Commiee at its meeting held on April 19, 2022.

The Debentures shall be redeemed at par along with interest accrued till one day prior to the Redemption Date.
In case of redemption due to exercise of Put Option, the Debentures shall be redeemed at par along with interest accrued till one day prior to the Put Option Date.
