Bharat Forge Limited approved re-designation of Mr. Dipak Mane, Independent Director as the Chairperson of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Consequent to the above, the NRC stands re-constituted with effect from August 12, 2022 as follows: Mr. Dipak Mane, Independent Director Chairperson, Mr. Pratap G. Pawar, Independent Director Member and Mr. Vimal Bhandari, Independent Director Member.
