Nicola Sautto new Chief Financial Officer of Biesse

Pesaro, 1st March 2024 - Biesse S.p.A. (the "Company"), a company listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment, hereby communicates the appointment of Nicola Sautto as Group Chief Financial Officer starting from the day after the approval of the provisional financial statements and consolidated financial statements as of 31st December 2023, expected for 14th March 2024.

Starting March 15th, Nicola Sautto will succeed Pierre La Tour, whose resignation has been communicated to the market on 18th December 2023.

Effective from 15th March 2024, Nicola Sautto will take over also the role of Manager in charge of financial reporting, according to the law and the articles of association, given the positive opinion of the Board of statutory auditors, in accordance with art. 154-bis of D.Lgs. 58/1998 and Investor Relator of the Company. Contextually, the actual Manager in charge of financial reporting and Investor Relator will leave the respective roles and responsibilities. Until then, Nicola Sautto will work with Pierre La Tour in order to ensure a smooth transition.

Nicola Sautto started his career in Ernst & Young S.p.A. and afterwards held the role of Admin & Control Director in Unieuro S.p.A. and the role of Chief Financial Officer in Liu Jo S.p.A., Tessilform S.p.A. (Patrizia Pepe) and Poltrone e Sofà S.p.A.

On the basis of the communications made to the Company and to the public, at present Nicola Sautto does not, as of today, hold directly and/or indirectly any shares in the Company.
