PRINCIPLES OF CONDUCT OF BOA VISTA

1. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND INTERNAL POLICIES

  1. Compliance with laws and the legal system is a fundamental principle of ethics, which is one of the values of Boa Vista Serviços S.A. ("Company").
  2. The Company's professionals have an obligation to know and follow all laws, regulations and internal policies applicable to their activities, including, without limitation, laws and regulations that provide for combating corruption and protecting the Company's confidential information.
  3. Violation of laws must be avoided in all forms, especially violations punishable by fines, custodial sentences or any other sanctions. There are no excuses or pressures to justify non-compliance with a law.
  4. Also, do not ask consultants, representatives or subcontractors to break the law.
  5. In the event that the Company's internal policy and/or internal regulations are more rigid than the local legislation, the professional will be obliged to respect the strictest standards of the Company.
  6. On the other hand, if, by chance, a provision expressed in this Code of Conduct or in another internal policy of the Company conflicts with a legal obligation, the professional must obey the law.
  1. SUSTAINABILITY
  1. Sustainability is one of the Company's main values. We believe that a modern company must have a balanced management, concerned with economic results, but also with social and environmental results.
  2. Attentive to the three (3) dimensions, we are able to expand our ability to understand the environment where we do business. To generate value in the three
    1. dimensions - economic, social and environmental - it is essential to listen to everyone (professionals, customers, suppliers and society) in order to understand their contexts and act in an innovative way to meet their needs.
  3. The Company, therefore, seeks sustainable development in all its business lines, taking feasible actions to effectively reduce the effects of its activities, identifying and assessing any environmental impact and/or non-compliance with the applicable legislation so that, whenever possible, initiate corrective and preventive actions.
  4. The Company also understands that suppliers, service providers, partners, business consultants and customers must be in line with the commitments assumed by the Company for the pursuit of sustainable actions that minimize impacts on the environment and the community in general.
