CINCINNATI - Belterra Park Cincinnati today announced the start of its 2021 live racing season, set to begin on Thursday, April 29. Belterra Park will host live races Tuesday through Friday from April 29 through Thursday, October 7 with first post times at 12:35 p.m.

The first day of live racing at Belterra Park will open with a live performance by celebrated Cincinnati artist Dixie Karas who will sing the national anthem on April 29.

Fans can attend races throughout the season for free, and seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating will also be limited and capacity restrictions will be in place to allow for social distancing, in compliance with state directives.

Guests can also enjoy the races in the River Downs Club simulcast room, featuring 40 high-definition televisions, 16 self-service betting stations, seven teller betting stations and more. To make reservations, please call (513) 254-8418. Space is limited.

Belterra Park is also bringing back drive-through wagering for the Kentucky Oaks on Friday, April 30 and the Kentucky Derby on Saturday, May 1 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on each day (times subject to change). Race fans can conveniently place bets from their cars at the drive-through wagering site located at the Belterra Park garage. For added convenience, the property will expand the lanes to accommodate more cars, and guests will be able to cash their winning tickets at their convenience beginning Sunday, May 2, as tickets won't expire.

The drive-through wagering site is cash-only and will only accept wagers for the Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby. There will be no live races on these dates, but fans can still enjoy placing bets from their car and enjoy the races from home.

To access the drive-through wagering site, guests can follow directional signs on Kellogg Avenue to the garage.
