Capital Park SA plans initial public offering. Michal Koslacz from the management of Capital Park has announced that in order to gain funds necessary for launching new investment projects, the company is mulling applying for loans and entering the stock exchange. The exact date of the IPO has not bee determined yet, as it will depend on market environment.

Koslacz said that the company also knows where market niches are and it wants to develop them, so it is in constant need of funds. The stock exchange debut of the firm has been officially confirmed by its main shareholder Patron Capital Partners. According to ISBnews, the prospectus of the company has already been sent to the Financial Supervision Authority.
