Caprice Resources Limited provide an exploration update for the Solis Prospect, at the southern end of the Island Gold Project, located in the Murchison Region of Western Australia. Earlier this year, aircore drilling by Caprice at Solis delineated a +1km long regolith gold anomalous zone. Follow up RC drilling in July this year tested the anomalism down to c.100m returning a best intercept of 4m @ 4.4g/t Au. Caprice completed a second round of RC drilling in September this year, following up the initial RC results to assess strike and depth extensions to the mineralisation. The latest RC returned numerous +1g/t intercepts, with a highest grade result of 2m @ 6.4g/t Au from 51m. This intercept, in Hole 22IGRC0413, is in the southern area of Solis. Importantly, the results suggest mineralisation is potentially continuous over more than 100m down dip as well as 100m along strike and
remains open in all directions. Of the 27 RC holes completed at Solis to date, 12 have had +1g/t gold. The highest grade intercepts are
associated with a mafic/high-Mg basalt sheared geological contact. This contact is a logical starting point for future exploration and drilling.
