("Blackstone") and its affiliates (including its portfolio companies), and has provided valuation and other advisory services to CBRE Group, Inc., the parent company of the Sponsor. In each of 2019 and 2020 and in the ten-month period ended October 31, 2021, such revenues constitute less than 1% of Duff & Phelps' total revenues for each of these periods.

Additional factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those expressed or implied in forward-looking statements can be found in CBAH's most recent annual report on Form 10-K, subsequently filed quarterly reports on Form 10-Q and current reports on Form 8-K, which are available, free of charge, at the SEC's website at www.sec.gov, and are provided in the Registration Statement and CBAH's definitive proxy statement/prospectus.
