Centrale del Latte d'Italia S p A : RESIGNATION OF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CONFERENCE OF PROXIES TO ANOTHER MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Turin, 27 June 2022 - Centrale del Latte d'Italia S.p.A. (the "Company" or "CLI") announces that Edoardo Pozzoli has resigned from his operational powers and from the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company, with effect from 1 July 2022. Mr. Pozzoli continues to maintain the role of Director of the Company and is not a member of internal Board Committees. The Board of Directors sends the most heartfelt thanks to Mr. Pozzoli for the professionalism shown and for the contribution made to the Company. Moreover, the Board of Directors of CLI, which met today, proceeded to confer, with effect from 1 July 2022, to the Executive Director, Mr. Stefano Cometto, the same powers previously granted to Mr. Pozzoli. Finally, the Company informs that, in addition to the legal entitlements, no additional compensation will be paid to Mr. Pozzoli for the termination of the relationship and that - as at today - he, based on the information available to the Company and the public, doesn't own any CLI shares.
