CHANGE OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The board (the ''Board'') of the directors (the ''Directors'') of China Greenland Broad Greenstate Group Company Limited (the ''Company'', and its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') announces that due to personal reasons, Mr. Jing Changzhong (''Mr. Jing'') has resigned as the chief financial officer of the Company (the ''CFO'') and Ms. Zhu Wen (''Ms. Zhu'') has been appointed as the CFO with effect from 21 September 2020.

Mr. Jing confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and no other matter related to his resignation needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The biography of Ms. Zhu is summarized below:

Ms. Zhu Wen (朱雯), aged 37, joined our Group on 15 June 2004. She has served as our executive Director since 3 January 2014 and a member of the remuneration committee of our Company since 25 June 2014. Ms. Zhu is responsible for overseeing the administration matters of our Group and has extensive administration and management experience in the landscape industry.

In addition, Ms. Zhu is currently the manager of the administrative department in Shanghai Greenstate Business Management Company Limited* (上海綠澤商業管理有限公司). She is also the director of Broad Greenstate Ecological Construction Group Company Limited* (博大綠澤生態建設集團有限公 司) (''Broad Greenstate Ecological''), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and the deputy general manager of the Company since August 2011, responsible for the financial, administrative and human resources matters of Broad Greenstate Ecological. She was appointed as the director of Eastern Greenstate International Company Limited* (綠澤東方國際有限公司) on 9 October 2013.

Ms. Zhu graduated with a master degree in Business Administration from East China University of Science and Technology* (華東理工大學) in Shanghai, China in March 2012.
