(Stock Code: 3623) DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION - FURTHER EXTENSION OF LONG STOP DATE

Reference is made to the announcements (the "Announcements") of China Success Finance Group Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 28 December 2015, 29 February 2016, 31 May 2016, 30 September 2016 and 30 December 2016, respectively, in relation to the Proposed Joint Venture. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

As disclosed in the Announcements, the formation of the Proposed Joint Venture is conditional upon the fulfillment of the Conditions on or before 30 June 2017 (the "Long Stop Date").

As additional time is required for the Parties to fulfil the Conditions, the Parties have entered into a supplemental agreement on 30 June 2017 for the purposes of further extending the Long Stop Date to 31 December 2017. Save and except for the aforesaid extension of the Long Stop Date, all other terms of the MOU remain unchanged.
