CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDING INTEREST

China Taisan Technology Group Holdings Limited (the "Company") has received the following queries from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") refer to the announcement of "Update on Change in Mr Lin Wen Chang's Shareholding Interest" (the "Announcement") by the Company on 11 July 2016:

SGX Query 1

In relation to Query 2 and Response 1(a), the Company disclosed that "Based on the records of Mr Lin Wen Chang's ("Mr Lin") account with Credit Agricole, Mr Lin deposited the following Company's shares in his account with Credit Agricole on the following dates:

Mr Lin's notification of change of shareholding interest of 31,156,463 shares on 19th October 2010 was announced on 26 October 2010. However, although the transfer of 74,232,142 shares had been transferred earlier, on 11th October 2010, the transfer of 74,232,142 shares to his similar account in Credit Agricole on the 11 October 2010 was not disclosed by Mr Lin. Please explain why Mr Lin deemed it necessary to disclose the transfer of 19th October 2010 but not the transfer on 11 October 2010.

The reason is due to the transfer of 74,232,142 shares were from EFG Bank AG, Hong Kong to Credit Agricole, however, the transfer of 31,156,463 share were from his CDP account.
