The board of directors (the ''Board'') of China Zhongwang Holdings Limited (the ''Company'') hereby announces that, due to work adjustments, Mr. Kot Man Tat ceased to be the agent for the service of process and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong as required under Rule 19.05(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ''Process Agent'') with effect from 30 April 2021, and Mr. Cui Weiye, the company secretary of the Company, has been appointed as the Process Agent of the Company with effect from 30 April 2021.
