Class Limited completed the acquisition of Assuriti Pty Ltd.

Class Limited (ASX:CL1) agreed to acquire Assuriti Pty Ltd for AUD 4.2 million on August 13, 2020. Consideration for AUD 4.2 million is adjusted for net assets. The transaction comprises an upfront cash payment of AUD 2.73 million on completion, plus AUD 1.47 million in Class shares escrowed for 18 months. The transaction is expected to complete in August 2020. The transaction is expected to be earning accretive in financial year 2021.
