Coca-Cola FEMSA announces the date for its annual
shareholders' meeting
Mexico City, Mexico - March 1, 2023 - Coca-ColaFEMSA, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: KOFUBL; NYSE: KOF) ("Coca-Cola FEMSA"), the largest public bottler of Coca-Cola products in the world by sales volume, announces that it will hold its annual shareholders' meeting on March 27, 2023. The detailed proposals for each item of the agenda of the Shareholder's Meeting, including the names and biographies of the persons being nominated to be appointed to Coca-Cola FEMSA's Board of Directors and to the Audit, Corporate Practices, and Planning and Finance committees, are expected to be made available on the Coca-Cola FEMSA website: https://coca-colafemsa.com/en/investor-relations/information-for-shareholders/shareholders-meeting/by no later than March 3, 2023.
