The board of directors of Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited announces that Mr. Qian Ting Shuo ("Mr. Qian") has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive Director and a member of each of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee of the Company with effect from 15 January 2019 due to health reason.
