RE-DESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND CEO

Reference is made to the announcement of Computer And Technologies Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 30 December 2019 (the "Announcement") in relation, initially, to the re-designation of Director and CEO. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Announcement unless otherwise defined in this announcement.

The Board wishes to supplement that the Re-designation is due to Mr. Cheung's relocation to overseas with his family.

Save as stated above, all other information set out in the Announcement remains unchanged.
