Subscription of Shares with Stock Options 2020

Between 21 November 2023 and 20 February 2024, a total of 81,572 Consti Plc (“Company”) new shares have been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2020. The subscription price, a total of EUR 424,174.40, has been recognised in the invested non-restricted equity.

The subscribed new shares have been registered with the Trade Register on 13 March 2024. After the registrations, the total number of shares in the Company is now 7,978,839 shares.

The new shares will be available for public trading on the main list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares approximately as of 14 March 2024.
