CountPlus Limited (ASX:CUP) has agreed to acquire 51% stake in Wealth Axis for AUD 1.3 million on May 28, 2021. Consideration will be combination of cash and stock. Upon completion Mikel Guyetsky will continue to be Managing Director of Wealth Axis and a significant shareholder in the business.
