Crater Gold Mining Limited - Completion of Share Consolidation

Crater Gold Mining Limited (ACN 067 519 779) (CGN or the Company) announces that following shareholder approval at the General Meeting on 11 April 2023, the consolidation of CGN shares has now been implemented.

The Company's share register has been updated to relfect the share consolidation on the basis of every ten (10) shares to one (1) share (with any resulting fractions of a share rounded up to the next whole number of shares). The post consolidation shares on issue are as follows:

Fully Paid Ordinary Shares - 123,903,446

New holding statements have been dispatched to security holders on a post consolidation

basis.

Company Profile

Crater Gold Mining Limited is an Australia-based gold company focused on producing gold and developing gold and base metal projects in Papua New Guinea (PNG) and Australia. The Company's projects include Crater Mountain and Croydon project. The Crater Mountain project is a gold exploration and production project located in the Papua New Guinea Highlands approximately 50 kilometers southwest of Goroka. It comprises three contiguous exploration licenses, straddling the border between the Chimbu and Eastern Highland Provinces. The Croydon project consists of two sub-projects in far North West Queensland, the Croydon Polymetallic Project and the Croydon Gold Project. Gold mineralization at Croydon occurs in planar quartz veins, stockworks and breccias. The Company owns EPM18616 and EPM9438 tenements in the Croydon Gold Field.
