Currency Exchange International, Corp. announced that subsequent to the Meeting held on March 7, 2019, the Board of Directors of the company appointed Daryl Yeo to serve as a Director of the Corporation effective March 8, 2019, until the next meeting of shareholders of the company. Mr. Yeo is an experienced board director and retired senior executive with a proven track record of over 40 years in the financial services industry covering a broad spectrum of consumer and business client markets, trade finance and treasury management.
