Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 27, 2023, Jeffrey C. Smith resigned as a member of the Board of
Directors (the "Board") of Cyxtera Technologies, Inc. (the "Company"), effective
immediately. Mr. Smith's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the
Company.
On March 28, 2023, Melissa Hathaway and Michelle Felman resigned as members of
the Board of the Company, effective immediately. Neither Ms. Hathaway's nor Ms.
Felman's resignation was due to any disagreement with the Company.
