2017 DADA GROUP PRELIMINARY RESULTS

Florence, 09 February 2018 - The Board of Directors of DADA S.p.A. met today and took note of the key preliminary financial consolidated results for the fiscal year 2017, expressed in an indicative value range of the related IAS figures:

• - Consolidated Revenue approximately € 65 - 68 million (versus €63.7 million in 2016);

• - Consolidated EBIT approximately € 4,5 - 5,5 million (versus €4.0 million in 2016);

• - Consolidated Net profit approximately € 1,0 - 1,5 million (versus €0.2 million in 2016).

• - Consolidated Net financial position at 31 December 2017 approximately negative for € 24 - 23 million (- €29.5 million at 31 December 2016).

Mention should be made that, according to the current Financial Calendar, the Meeting of the Board of Directors called to approve the DADA S.p.A. Draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2017 is scheduled on 13

March 2018.
