Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 13, 2021, Francis C. D'Andrea notified Delek Logistics GP, LLC, the general partner (the "General Partner") of Delek Logistics Partners, LP (the "Partnership"), of his intention to resign from the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the General Partner and its committees effective as of December 31, 2021. Mr. D'Andrea is currently the Chair of the Audit Committee of the Board and will serve in that position until December 31, 2021, at which point the Board expects to appoint Sherri A. Brillon, a current member of the Board and the Audit Committee, to the position of Chair of the Audit Committee. Mr. D'Andrea's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Board or the Partnership's management or any matter related to the Partnership's operations, policies or practices. The General Partner thanks Mr. D'Andrea for the service and leadership he has provided since joining the Board in 2015.
